David Harris was born in Oklahoma City, OK, and moved to Indiana when his father, David Sr., finished his Oral Surgery Residency. For as long as he can remember, he wanted to be a dentist. He attended Indiana University where he majored in Biology. Case Western Reserve University accepted him in 1988 for dental school, in 1992 for anEducational General Dentistry residency, and again in 1993 for his residency in Endodontics. Dr. Harris graduated in 1995 and started his practice in that same year with his wife, Wendy.
David and Wendy have been married for twenty years. They have two daughters, Gabrielle and Ellaina, and many pets. David is devoted to both his family and his practice. Continuing with his childhood interest in horses, he now supports Gabrielle in her equestrian endeavors. He also supports his daughter Ellaina in her Irish Dancing endeavors. Although he never danced, he did play hockey and tennis. He also enjoys home improvement projects, fishing, skiing, and going to movies and amusement parks.
Care Endodontics is the culmination of David?s experience and commitment to providing the highest standard of care for his patients. He pursues this commitment by exceeding the continuing education requirements for his profession. The majority of the class content includes staying abreast of the newest advances in endodontics, implant dentistry, general dentistry, pain management, digital radiograpy, and Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). His memberships and associations include American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and the Akron Dental Society.
