Advanced Care Endodontics is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am until 5:00 pm. We are available Monday through Friday for your scheduling convenience. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you within 24 – 48 business hours.
If your dentist asks you to make the initial contact with us, please be prepared with the following information: Tell us the tooth which requires treatment or the area in question, your symptoms, the name of your dentist, the name of your insurance company including billing address, telephone number, social security number of the insured or the insurance card ID number, current medications, and your contact phone numbers including a cell phone number if available.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides emergency services, we may occasionally ask to move your appointment to a different time of day. Any scheduling flexibility you can offer is appreciated by patients and staff members alike. You can be assured that we will provide the same dedication to arranging same-day relief for any potential acute pain you may experience as well. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
