At Advanced Care Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the highest quality root canal therapy and the most convenient financial options. As a part of our commitment of customer service to you, we will do our best to work with your insurance company to offer an estimated co-payment that reflects your actual amount due. We will also submit your insurance claim form and, in most cases, accept direct payment from your insurance company. However, if there is a delay in payment to our office, we may ask your assistance in processing your benefits. This may include our request for you to call your benefits provider or human relations department to clarify any details which are causing the non-payment issue.
Despite our best combined efforts, a final amount may be due. If there is an underpayment, we will you send a statement that will be due upon receipt. If there is an overpayment, we will issue a refund check to you.
